Database and Mailing Manager (Direct & Relationship Marketing)

Working in a small and friendly team, you’ll manage projects for a variety of government clients, focusing on the direct marketing side. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns from initial consultancy through to campaign evaluation. Ideally, you’ll come to us with marketing qualifications and a strong grasp of direct marketing techniques such as direct mail.

What’s certain though, is that you’ll be a self starter and be able to work on numerous projects under pressure and get on well with people at all levels. Just as important will be your analytical, negotiation and budget management skills.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, 32.5 days holiday plus bank holidays and a choice of either final salary or partnership pension scheme. In addition, we offer childcare vouchers and interest free season ticket loans and have a subsidised on-site gym and our own café.
